Who We Partner With — and Why It Matters

At Mable Health, we partner with clinics that share our commitment to patient-first care, strong community ties, and clinical excellence. We offer flexible structures, growth capital, operational support, and a long-term vision that protects your legacy and strengthens your success. When you partner with Mable, you gain more than resources—you gain a trusted ally, helping you grow your practice while preserving what makes it special.

Our Partnership Process

  • Let’s start with a conversation. We’ll learn about your business, your goals, and your vision for the future. You’ll learn about us, too—our values, how we work, and where we’re headed.

  • If there’s a potential fit, we’ll sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and gather some basic information to assess the opportunity, including historical financials, sales data, and team structure.

  • Within two weeks of receiving your information, we’ll prepare a preliminary Expression of Interest (EOI)—outlining pricing, structure, and next steps if you wish to proceed.

  • We’ll take a closer look at your business and visit your location discreetly—ensuring minimal disruption to your team and operations. This phase is about confirming the information shared and building a stronger relationship.

  • Once due diligence is complete, we’ll present a detailed Letter of Intent (LOI), including final transaction terms, future employment options (if desired), and transition planning.

  • After finalizing the legal agreements, we’ll complete the transaction, transfer funds, and start working together to support the next chapter of your clinic’s success.

We're here to answer your questions, explore possibilities, and help you think about what’s next—even if you're not quite ready today.

All conversations are confidential and at your pace.
